FaBL's IPCs are used to efficiently transfer materials between the process with swivel wheels for easy mobility and a lock for added safety. They are customisable and constructed in SS 316/SS316L product contact parts are mirror-finished, and the non-contact parts are matt-finished.

In Process Bulk Containers (IBC)

FaBL's IBCs are used to store materials in a controlled environment following the blending process before efficient transfer to the next process. They are equipped with vent filters and WIP ports for visibility, swivel wheels for easy mobility and a lock for added safety. They are customisable and constructed in SS 316/SS316L product contact parts are mirror-finished, and the non-contact parts are matt-finished.

Lifting & Positioning Device (LPD)

FaBL's LPDs are used to safely position and convey the contents of IPCs and IBCs to different equipment at various stages in the process via hydraulic powerpack motors. They are customisable and constructed in SS 316/SS316L product contact parts are mirror-finished, and the non-contact parts are matt-finished.

Vacuum Transfer System (VTS)

FaBL's VTS is an efficient solution for safe and dust-free powder and granules transfer complete with filters, WIP ports and vibrators. It is used to suck powder or granules from the dispensed container and relay them into the next vessel. The system can be customised to address diverse bulk densities, particle sizes, and desired output. The process can be vacuumised allowing materials inside the process equipment to be charged. The process can be integrated with PLC and operated through HMI.
